Holiday Pay
Hope & National CORE currently observe the following as paid holidays:

Vacation
On behalf of Hope, National CORE provides vacation benefits to all regular full-time Hope employees, vacation hours are calculated monthly on an anniversary basis. Employees accrue 6.67 hrs per month for the firs 5 years (10 days) and increase with length of service.
Sick Time
All full-time employees are eligible to accrue up to six (6) paid sick days per year.
Jury Duty
On behalf of Hope, National CORE will pay the difference between your basic rate of pay and the total amount of pay you receive from serving as a juror, for up to ten (10) days per year.
Bereavement Leave
Our full-time employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) days of paid bereavement leave in the event they miss regulars scheduled work due to a death or funeral of a immediate family member.
Child Birth Leave
Once you complete one year of employment you will be allowed up to two (2) consecutive, scheduled work days off for the birth of your child (father).
Marriage Leave
Once you complete one year of employment you will be allowed up to two (2) consecutive, scheduled workdays off to arrange the ceremony and/or to extend your honeymoon.

On behalf of Hope, National CORE will also contribute an annual discretionary contribution.
Life & AD&D Insurance
On behalf of Hope, National CORE provides all regular Hope employees with Life insurance; premiums are 100% employer paid.
Long Term Disability
On behalf of Hope, National CORE provides all regular Hope employees with Long Term disability insurance, premiums are 100% employer paid.
Employee Referral Program
On behalf of Hope, National CORE will pay Hope employees a $200.00 bonus in the event that they refer a candidate, and they are hired. Once the new employee completes 90 days of employment, employee will receive bonus on their paycheck.
Rental Discount Policy
Thanks to National CORE, Hope employees may receive a rental discount of up to 25% on “Market Rate” units available. Discount is determined on years of employment.
