At the Hope through Housing Foundation, we are dedicated to elevating the health, well-being, and self-sufficiency of children, families and seniors living in affordable housing communities.
At its core, Hope through Housing believes that affordable housing can be a platform for transformational change at the individual and neighborhood level. Because stable affordable housing supports economic and social stability, enabling families to regain self-sufficiency and independence and leading to greater prospects for mobility and an improved quality of life. In addition, the children in these households, this economic and social stability provides a safe haven in which they learn and grow, and gives them a better chance of succeeding in school and beyond, and of breaking the cycle of generational poverty.
