Welcome to the Hope through Housing Foundation!

Eric Dickerson recently spent an afternoon with the children at our first-of-its-kind Eric Dickerson Learning Center in Fort Worth, highlighting the incredible impact that Hope through Housing and the ED29 Foundation are making for families at National CORE’s The Residences of Diamond Hill. Since opening in April 2025, the center has become a vibrant hub for enrichment unlike anything ever offered at an affordable housing community.

Thanks to over the $300,000 raised through sponsorships and donations, children now have a safe and inspiring space to call their own. Inside, they are exploring leadership, diving into complex academic subjects through our nine VR headsets and building friendships over fun games. Our dynamic Keri’s Corner reading room is also inspiring exploration of the world of literature.

Kids are building confidence through Hope’s youth empowerment series and teen events, while improving literacy with our onsite book club. STEM is brought to life through robotics and hands-on tech activities. Creativity is encouraged through music, visual arts and writing. Outdoor sports and play-based activities teach teamwork and discipline, helping kids grow strong both physically and mentally.

For families like Martina’s, who came to Diamond Hill in search of more than just affordable housing, the center has become a place of hope. Her daughter, Taniyah, is now thriving more confident, compassionate and full of promise.

Learning centers like this play a crucial role in bridging educational gaps and inspiring young minds. At Diamond Hill, the Eric Dickerson Learning Center is doing just that by creating a space for children to learn and grow.
