Following this year’s Evening of Hope Gala, more than 35 volunteers from U.S. Bank came together to create over 300 heartfelt thank-you cards for our donors and partners — a gesture of gratitude for the generosity and support that make our mission at Hope through Housing possible.
U.S. Bank has been a steadfast partner of Hope through Housing for over a decade. U.S. Bank has not only provided financial support but also dedicated countless volunteer hours, helping us to empower residents and strengthen communities.
Mike Kuhn, district manager at U.S. Bank, has been connected to Hope through Housing for eight years. As a child of a single mom, he said our mission holds personal meaning for him.
“Hope through Housing’s mission not only aligns with the values at U.S. Bank, it also aligns with my own,” Mike said. “That’s why we are proud supporters and volunteers of the nonprofit.”
Over the years, U.S. Bank has partnered with Hope through Housing on financial literacy workshops, reading events with children, holiday celebrations, toy drives and back-to-school events. For the past two years, they’ve led service projects bringing together dozens of volunteers to support both our residents and donors.
“Thank you for letting us be a part of this opportunity — the team really enjoyed it,” said Kris Voce, an associate at US Bank.
The success of the Gala and the volunteer effort that followed serve as powerful reminders of how collective generosity and service fuel our mission.
“Having partners like U.S. Bank supporting us during and after major events like the Evening of Hope Gala is invaluable. Their continued involvement helps us sustain momentum and expand our impact throughout the year,” said Jaclyn Murphy, volunteer coordinator at Hope through Housing.
