Pathways to Economic Empowerment supports individuals and families build the skills, confidence and financial stability needed to create a stronger future.
Through financial education, workforce development and personalized coaching, residents gain practical tools to set goals, increase income, reduce debt and move toward greater economic mobility.

Supporting health, wellness and overall well-being.
Connection to Care helps seniors stay healthy, engaged, and connected to their community so they can age with dignity and independence.
Through wellness programs, supportive services, and meaningful social connections, we help reduce isolation and ensure seniors have the support they need to continue living full and active lives.
