    No. Hope through Housing cannot stop an eviction, provide legal representation or guarantee a particular outcome. Anyone who has received an eviction notice or court papers should contact a qualified legal-aid provider promptly.

  • How do I apply for a National CORE affordable apartment?
    Start by browsing National CORE’s current communities and selecting a property that meets your location and household needs. Contact that community’s leasing or property-management team directly to ask about availability, income qualifications, waiting lists and verified application procedures. You can also explore other affordable housing programs through your local public housing agency.
  • What should a current National CORE resident do if they are having difficulty paying rent?
    Contact the community's property-management office or Hope through Housing Services Coordinator as soon as possible to ask about available information and resource connections. Funding or assistance is not guaranteed.
  • Who is eligible for Hope through Housing Foundation programs?

  • Can Hope through Housing Foundation provide emergency rental assistance?
